Understanding "Try Software for Free"

After you sign up for a free StratusCore account, you are allotted trial days for the Virtual Studio.  During this time you can "Try Software for Free" while using the StratusCore Virtual Workstation.

Click "Try Software for Free"

The "try" page will load and you will find software titles that are publicly available for trial mode.  Be aware that some software packages are designated for "Render" or "Workstation" trials.  There are also additional requirements for plug-ins.

For this tutorial we will simply try Maya on the Virtual Workstation.

Click on the software you wish to try.  The trial page for the application will load.  Giving the user a brief description of the software.  Click [Start Trial] when you are ready.

After clicking [Start Trial] please make sure you see "Success!"

After you successfully start a software trial, 3 hours of Virtual Workstation time will be allotted to your account for you to try the application.
