If you're getting an error trying to connect to the FTP, follow these steps to diagnose your connection error.
1. Verify that you are using the correct information:
USERNAME: Your RenderRocket.com username
PASSWORD: Your RenderRocket.com password
Please use the username/password combo that you use to log into the website. Not your email, or account name.
2. Reset your FTP
Log in to your account and click on "Manage Account" in the top right.
Click "Reset FTP Account" and follow the steps provided.
Re-try logging in with your FTP client.
3. Verify you or your company does not have any firewall restrictions for accessing outside FTP servers.
