When Not to Upload:
If you have already uploaded all your source files... textures, light caches, etc., but then want to make a change to the scene file, you DO NOT need to re-upload textures, light caches, etc., a second time. Simply make the necessary changes to the scene file and then SAVE the new scene file incrementally, OR with a NEW UNIQUE NAME.
You will only need to upload the newly revised scene file.
PLEASE NOTE: If your scene files are excessively large, 700 megs or more, please remember to delete the OLD unused scene file from your project directory.
When to Upload:
The only time you need to re-upload texture files, is if you make a scene change. For example, you assign a brand new texture that is not already uploaded OR if you revise an existing texture file.
