If you are not using the LaunchPad plugin to render your scene, you will need to make sure that the farm can find your scene assets using relative paths.
Example:
Relative Path
texture01.jpg
Absolute Path
C:\users\mike\documents\projects\assets\texture01.jpg
Creating Relative Paths is easily accomplished inside 3ds Max.
MAX 2018 USERS - Shift + T, then skip to step 3
Step 1-
Click the top left "Max" icon drop-down menu
Step 2-
Click "References", then click "Asset Tracking", the Asset Tracking window opens.
Step 3-
a) Within the Asset Tracking window, highlight all of your assets, click "Paths", then click "Strip Path". (Depending on the number of assets in your scene... this can happen very quickly or you may need to wait a few moments.) When complete, you will see the absolute paths removed.
b) Resave your scene file USING A DIFFERENT version or naming convention so that it does not effect your original scene.
Step 4-
Your scene is ready to be uploaded to Render Rocket.
