Below are the steps to follow in order to connect your Dropbox storage to StratusCore's storage manager.
- Log in at Stratuscore.com
- Select “My Storage” on the left sidebar.
- Select “Add External Storage” on the Storage window.
- Select “Add Storage” drop-down and select “Dropbox”.
- Select “Gear” Icon to launch “Dropbox” in a new tab.
- Log in to your Dropbox Account.
- Do the following once logged into Dropbox:
- Under “Choose an API”, choose the first option, titled “Dropbox API”.
- Under “Choose the type of access you need”, choose the first preference: “App folder - Access to a single folder created specifically for your app.”
- For “Name your app”, in the field marked “App name”, give your app a meaningful, but short, name.
- Click the blue “Create app” button, in the bottom, right-hand corner.
- Under the section OAuth2 Redirect URLs add a new URL https://arklay.stratuscore.com/index.php/settings/admin?sectionid=storage
- Return to the StratusCore External Storage web page.
- Fill in the details: Client Id, Client Secrets from you Dropbox App page.
- Click “Grant Access” and then you will be redirected for OAuth login.
- After completing the OAuth you will be redirected back to the Storage Section and you should see a green mark (dot) along your storage configuration.
- Once completed with your external storage addition, click the “All Files” link next to “Add External Storage” to return to your folders.
